Stayed a short walk from the Vatican and had free WiFi. Termini Train Station was a breeze at 5 stops away. Public parking was conveniently located nearby. The Spanish Steps were just 2 metro stops away. WiFi was available everywhere. Rome Ciampino Airport was a mere 16 km from the property.
Dragged my suitcase up the stairs because the lift was out of order. Hilarious, right?

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very cosy and had a comfortable bed with high ceilings. The level of security was excellent, ensuring peace of mind. The terrace provided stunning views, a perfect spot to enjoy the surroundings. The hotel's location was ideal, just a few minutes away from popular attractions like the Vatican museums and St Peter's square. The nearby underground station made transportation a breeze. There were also several restaurants downstairs and a supermarket conveniently located behind the corner. The staff, especially the host, was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
Nothing to be said.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Rome for a few days. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Vatican City. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious and comfortable bedroom. I especially loved the balcony with its breathtaking views of Vatican City and St. Peter's Dome. The owner was very friendly and always available on WhatsApp for any queries. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with essentials like coffee and tea. I had a great experience and would definitely return to this accommodation.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Un Caffe Sul Balcone 1. the location was perfect, just a 5, minute walk to the Vatican and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. the sitting and dining area was spacious, and the small kitchen area was handy. the bathroom had a walk, in shower and bidet, and the bedroom was huge with a comfortable king, size bed. the best part was the balcony with its fabulous views of Vatican City and St Peter's Dome. Despite being on a busy street, the noise was completely blocked out when we closed the French doors. We would definitely return to this accommodation. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all 😊.

No towel hooks or toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

This apartment at Un Caffè Sul Balcone 1 is so cozy and charming, with a cute little kitchenette and a comfy seating area where I could relax and watch TV. The balcony had the most amazing view of Saint Peter's Cathedral, it was truly breathtaking.
The shower was a bit small for my liking, but that's just my personal preference. Others might still find it perfectly adequate.
